Here is one man's story. I wish him (and everyone similarly situated) the best of luck. Things are turning around, albeit slowly, but we have nowhere else to go but up, right?

Indeed!

He will WORK, though. Anything "behind the doors" in a good restaurant is very stressful. Looks like he can handle it, though.
