The Criminal Minds Jet

I don't watch a lot of TV (since I spend so much time here ), but I never miss "Criminal Minds." The jet they use to fly around is just awesome. For those who fly a similar plane, is the interior really that roomy? Is it quiet?

Isn't Shemar Moore the sexiest FBI agent ever?

I would say yes, and yes. What's funny to me is they use stock Gulfstream advertising footage to show the plane enroute, cracks me up each time. I think they even switch types of aircraft each time because the variations in the footage, but it comes back around again later.

Yeah in one episode they'll leave in a 550 and come back in a 150. But magically, the interior of the 150 is the same size as the 550.

I work for Gulfstream. I install the interior on new A/C completions. I worked on the G150 for several years. Yeah, I can confirm that the interior of the aircraft they show on CM is way bigger than the interior of the G150. The interior they show would be much closer to the G550 that they also show. I've never seen the stock footage of the G150 on CM, but I don't watch it all of the time. It would be neat to see. I probably did some of the interior in it.

YES . 8 years since this post and he still is.

This all started with Oscar the Grouch. Let's face it, he lived in a trashcan that had the dimensions of the Taj Mahal inside. Then it was Riggs and Murtaugh and a camper 20' trailer that had 4,500' sq/feet inside. Next an Astra that's the size of an A380 once the door is closed.

Sky's the limit.
