Residential and Job History on apps

Hi,

I am working on completing all the information on airlineapps.com right now to apply to a few regionals. For those who have done it before: how critical are the 10 year job and address history sections? Particularly concerning the exact days that I started or ended a job/began a lease. I've moved 16 times in the past 10 years so it's going to be a little tough to narrow it down to the exact days. Also, 10 years ago I was 14 and was just working summer jobs during highschool...are they interested in that sort of stuff or should I focus on only jobs since I've been 18?

Thanks for any help offered.

Tell them everything they ask for to the best of your ability. Use approximate dates as needed, just mention that they are approximate in the remarks.

If they find something that you did not disclose, they will assume that you lied to cover something up and you will not be hired. Entry-level pilots tend to move a lot and work a lot of odd jobs so recruiters are probably used to complex histories.

If you mowed lawns as a teenager and never had a W-2 you probably don't have to mention stuff like that.

Typically, high school jobs are not necessary to list. Like Rick said here, estimate the months - don't worry about the exact days. You should be just fine that way.
