I know someone dealing with this, big thing is to find out 1. Does the town fingerprint/submit it. Many towns do not submit juveniles because if they do it ups the crime rate statistics for that town. The person I know dealing with this was charged in a town that does not finger print nor submit juvenile arrests, thus no digital footprint.

2. The court, the person I know dealing with this found out the court is the same way.

I think thats really the approach needed. As well as local/state laws, you might get lucky and live in a state that bars disclosing your criminal record.
