Trying to get some insights on typical Atlas practices. Sorry for some of the questions bouncing around.
Understand that individual monthly schedules are variable but what is the range of typical annual logable flight time at Atlas?
Talking to a guy from one of the other major cargo carriers indicated it was not unusual to sit for days mid trip and was logging only about 400 hours per year. Curious what the current Atlas practice is.
With new 8Fs on their way, will Atlas be retiring older 200s or is there an expectation that some of these will go toward expanded routes/contracts (ie more aircrew)
Saw in an older post there are reserve lines. Especially for new guys, how often are reserve lines assigned.
The Atlas initial training program...would you call it solid and high quality? I come from a carrier where it consisted on unreadable copies and minimal at best.
Thanks in advance
