My father just got an iPad and he is having a tough time staying logged in. Once he logs in, whatever link he selects (travelnet, email, etc.) it logs him off. I'm able to log in and do things normally on my iPhone, but he isn't having any luck on the pad. Is there a setting or something that we are missing?

Is he using Safari? If so that may be the majority of the problem. Have him download Journey and have it mimic Firefox. That should take care of most of the java issues. (That is what I am assuming is/are logging him off)

Safari works fine for everything on DeltaNet (including TravelNet and PBS) with the exception of iCrew. I use Journey for iCrew - set it to Firefox 3, like ACL said.

To fix the specific problem he is having, try clearing out the history, cookies, and cache - that worked for me.
