1) Anyone know if us part-time (or full time) military guys need to put a conversion factor in for hours? I thought the PilotCredentials site might auto-convert the military specific airframes, but... no. Then I was asked in the questionnaire what conversion factor I used. I was conservative and put none, but my sponsor/endorser and recs have all told me that they remembered a 0.3 hour conversion per sortie.
2) I seem to remember the old site/requirements page mention that RIO, WSO, SIM, FE etc could not be used including "other" time. The prohibition on "other" time isn't there anymore. Are we to include that as well... and where?
3) What are people attaching besides their resume's? Logbook/Flying History Rips, outside recs, current FE written printouts, or medicals? Just curious to see what the consensus might be.
