So my friends at fedex have done the stuff on their end on endorsements and recommendations. I know they have done them cause they told me and emailed me a copy, but how can I see on my end that it is actually showing up associated with my app?

It doesn't look like you can see anything besides that you have completed all the sections.

My endorser hasn't received any acknowledge that he completed his end either.

When the rec is submitted from the primary endorsement, that individual gets an email that it was successfully submitted. You can't see that it is attached to your file.
