Just seems very unlikely that both the pitot and drain hole will both block, since they're in complete different places.
that's a good point, I think freezing rain might do the trick. I'm not sure why you'd want to try and fly in freezing rain but...
either that or it sat overnight with dew and the temp got below freezing just before sunrise and you now departed with it iced up?
I don't know. I've thankfully never had any pitot static problems
