The NTSB prelim mentions debris coming from the aircraft after rotation: it was in fact the #2 engine departing (and taking out the #1 along with it) the wing after the mains left the ground. What Chris won't tell you because he's too modest and humble - but these guys survived one of the worst possible scenarios you can imagine in a four engine heavyweight aircraft. I can't say enough about Chris - and his crew's - terrific airmanship and professionalism. This should be a case study on how to survive the unimaginable nightmare scenario.
