I was less than impressed with GAI, but YMMV, plus it's been a few years.

No one to direct me to tie down, very crowded and disorganized ramp, and when I inquired about the free shuttle to the metro (per AOPA directory and Airnav), they look at me like I had two heads.

Agreed about GAI do not go there if you need a quick turn, but we rarely need service and it saves us around $450 each time we go there.
