I appreciate your enthusiasm & persistance, U have made it so far in the forums.
Most important questions, which I don't know, but U should know before U think about flying in USA.
1) Do U need a VISA to enter USA or do U have a Visa Waiver.
2) Are U eligible to work in USA or what would U need to do get a work permit, all airlines & flying schools will need U to be eligible to work in USA before U get hired.
THE GOOD PART.... USA is one of the best countires in the world to learn flying, the quality of Flight Training is one of the BEST in the world, there a lot of places where the weather is favourable for flying year round, the written exams are very easy as compared to JAA or any other part of the world & Flight Examiners are very, very reasonable. One can do the training very fast or slow paced, as per one's needs.
THE BAD PART: Because things are so EASY, there are LOTS OF PILOTS, even Truck drivers & some Taxi drivers have a Pilot's License. It is hard & takes a long time to reach a point where U can have enough income from flying to live a comfortable life. It doesn't mean that it can't be done, it's just difficult.
Now the difficult part: CHOOSING A FLIGHT SCHOOL
Like a lot of people have said, all schools may not be the same but give U the same result in the END.
All high paying schools are not the best. One may give better process & have smooth talking salespersons & sweet talking HOT looking receptionists, but charge U more to pay for better customer service.
Personally, I don't like the part 141 program that much, it is too much DUAL & the instructor is always sitting with U.
If my brother or Kid was to do the CPL, I'd do it in a small school with an OLD or senior Career instructor & use part 61 program. Get the PPL or Private a called in USA, Fly SOLO or with friends to build time, GET INSTRUMENT Rating & then MULTI COMMERCIAL Followed by CFI & CFII.
The choice of school will ultimately depend on your VISA requirements.
The best ADVISE I can think of:
If possible, you should come to USA to visit, then visit some schools in Florida or TEXAS, This is where the major flying training happens, talk to a lot of people, see for yourself & then decide.
WHATEVER U do, DO NOT PAY LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY UPFRONT to any SCHOOL, NO MATTER HOW GOOD A DEAL THEY OFFER U for paying upfront..... ALWAYS PAY AS U GO or just keep a $300 to $500 deposit to cover 1 day flying.
Hundreds & thousands of foreign students have lost their money who put all money upfront & the school taking the money & running away overnite...
