Anyone from SWA able to give an idea how long it would take a new guy to be able to hold BWI or MDW for a base. Would love to go there but the commute to the West Coast is kind of a non-starter if long term due to family issues.

It all depends on hiring numbers and that's always a guess. With 12 classes this year you could pick your base up to about class 6/7 but you would have had to have been in the hiring pool the last 2.5 years. Timing is everything.
