I saw the SW and AirTran FAs voted and approved their seniority integration. Anyone have details of the integration?

ATL is neutral ground. DOH for all who are based in Atlanta. Outside ATL, SWA FA's have a 2.5 year increase in DOH and ATN FA's have DOH.

Or you could say ATN lost 2.5 years DOH outside of ATL.

That's actually not quite right my friend. I'll give you the agreement in a nutshell and leave out the unimportant stuff (unimportant to those other than FA's). The short version of the agreement is as follows:

- All ATN FA's on the seniority list as of September 26, 2010 will be credited with their original date of hire.

- All SWA FA's on the seniority list as of September 26, 2010 will be credited with their original date of hire plus 2.5 years of constructive seniority for all bidding purposes.

- The seniority of FA's who were hired after September 26, 2010 shall be determined by their date of hire as an FA. (The date that they entered service as a flight attendant at their respective companies)

- If more than one FA on the seniority list before September 26, 2010 have the same date of hire (including the 2.5 year seniority bump that SWA FA's will receive), the SWA FA will be placed ahead of the former ATN FA.

- If more than one FA hired after September 26, 2010 have the same date of hire (straight date of hire without the 2.5 year bump that SWA FA's on the seniority list as of September 26, 2010 will receive), the SWA FA will be placed ahead of the former ATN FA.

- SWA will establish an ATL FA domicile no later than January 1, 2015.

- All ATN FA's after they've transitioned to SWA shall be considered "displaced" from the future ATL domicile and will be given return priority to the future SWA ATL Domicile. (For example, if SWA opens an ATL base with 400 available slots, the former ATN FA will have priority to the ATL base no matter the SWA FA seniority. If out of the 400 slots, only 300 former ATN FA's are awarded, then SWA FA's will be able to get into ATL based on their seniority. The 2.5 year seniority bump for the SWA FA's doesn't apply in this case)

- All ATN MCO Based FA's on the MCO seniority list as of December 31, 2011 shall be considered "displaced" from the SWA MCO Base and will be given priority return. (For example, same case scenario as the ATL base. Although SWA already has an MCO base, if there are openings, the former ATN MCO based FA on the MCO base seniority list as of December 31, 2011 will have priority return to MCO ahead of a SWA FA who was not on the MCO base seniority list as of December 31, 2011. Awarded slots into MCO for a former ATN MCO based FA will be seniority based. The 2.5 year seniority bump for the SWA FA's doesn't apply in this case)

- After an ATN FA successfully completes the SWA Transition Training, (which must be passed. If not passed, the FA will be considered resigned with good standing) the FA shall be immediately credited with their full longevity for the purposes of retiree passes, retirement, vesting, profit sharing, rates of pay, scheduling provisions and vacation accrual.

- No SWA FA will be furloughed solely as a result of the acquisition.

- No ATN FA will be placed on furlough prior to their transition to SWA unless prohibitive conditions beyond the control of SWA occur, to include extreme economic conditions.

- SWA will not hire FA's "off the street" during any period when ATN FA's are on furlough, unless the ATN FA declines the opportunity to transition to SWA at that time.

Well yes but there were some things that you didn't even have close as far as the ATL thing. That's all. But yes you did provide the short version.
