I'm willing to put money down saying airlines are going to start allowing people to buy tickets for these "emotional support dogs" in the next few years so it can have its own seat to sit on. If you need a emotional pet, for real. Get a lap dog, some of these people take around 150 pound dogs in coach. Totd, goes to an expressjet pilot yesterday who used a deliberate slow southern drawl to prove a point to a fast talking controller. A fast talking controller in Washington center overtop Richmond dealing with some chaos caused by BDL getting shut down and one airplane forgetting to go into their cleared holding pattern.

Someone called the dude a tool over the radio. It was great.

I can speak with a southern drawl with the best of them because I've lived in the south for 20 years, but don't be a tool in busy airspace with a controller working extremely hard.
