One of the most significant changes in this new PTS is the wording of the stall. The stall for the private must now be taken to the "fully developed stall".

Interesting. I thought it was always fully developed for the PVT.

I didnt think it went to first recognition of the stall, ie horn or buffet until your commercial.

They clarified the commercial part too, to the buffet, vs some people that used to do it at the horn, and some that would do it after it stalls, etc. The one that gets me is that with some aircraft, there is no "recognition" with a power off stall other than the horn, if it starts buffeting, the nose is already dropping. Oh well, good enough.
