Hope my flight in July goes a little better.

If a part of the story true - shame on the passengers for instigating such an incident.
One comment on the report I saw even mentioned the passengers just complaining to get a free flight. My opinion of course.

It seems unlikely that New York passengers could be so rude.

Looks to me like the latina "queen" FA was having a little hissy,talk to customers like that and things are not going to work out well.
