Has anyone recently attended MN Aviation in MN for the CFI-A initial? I will be attending the program in September and I wanted to see if anyone had anything good or bad to say. Thanks.

I did the majority of my flight training with MAI including CFI-A ,CFII, and MEI and enjoyed the experience. No check ride failures and it was very quick. I now work as a CFI at a large 141 university and don’t feel like I was underprepared to start flight instructing. I highly recommend having your FIA and FOI complete before starting with them as well as a good CFI binder with lesson plans, teaching outlines and other supplemental material. Good luck.
