Did anyone flying over IRAN see a NOTAM or a warning issued on or after Nov 1 referencing Iran attempting to shoot down a U.S. drone? I see NOTAMS issued by FIR's for missile launches, parachute jumpers from the stratosphere etc. At what point does classified information get handed down in the interest of public safety?

I didn't see a NOTAM but I saw a news report on the event. Not so classified any more (if it ever was).
