I passed my CFI checkride last Friday, so I have stepped up to the next level. I am really excited and scrounging around for some students to get started

Find a school that will provide you with students. (Not a University) Go to a large flight school in a well populated area that advertises a bunch. That's what I did. All I have had to do is answer the phone and find a spot in my schedule for all the new students. There is no honor in sitting around the FBO watching T.V. and waiting for students to walk the through the door. Get out there and fly. Enjoy it. I love it. Now you can get paid to go out and have fun.

I have done all of my training at a local FBO, which appears to be the busiest "school" in this area. When I arrived there on Friday after the ride, the first thing the owner said to me after "congratulations" was "When are you going to start bringing me some students?" I am currently working in sales, so I dont think I'll have any problems finding people to teach. I am not afraid to talk to people on the phone or in person, as that's what I do all day anyhow.

Whatever you do, don't try and apply one type of learning to everybody. Also, try and get a commercial student early on. Flying with somebody that has more experience than your average student pilot will bennefit you as well.
