I'm pretty sure this post is talking about the same IMA job I have in Seattle. It is a great reserve job if you don't mind leaving mil flying. Very flexible with an airline job if you already have one and you are sick of being a slave to currency and the squadron scheduler. 98% of the time you have complete control of when you work.
