I've heard that on the U side, there is a grievance about 2 over age 60s flying together as CA and FO. Does anyone have any information about that?

The rumor that I hear is that there is a grievance regarding two over 60s flying on an augmented crew, Intl.

It would have to be a lawsuit not a grievance because it is federal law that determines who can and can't fly when over 60....

A grievance is a case to determine an aspect of a collective bargaining agreement.
