Anyone reading this have info on the new AMR Air Ambulance operation starting up in Hawaii? What's the pay and benefits and where do I apply? Someone reading this must know!

AMR is just a broker. Better off trying to find info on operators out of PHNL, etc...

AMR Air Hawaii is actually flown using the 135 certificate for Lifeteam or AirMD LLC out of Kansas. I would stay away from working for the hawaii operation. The pay is great, but some of the people that work there do not make it worth it. They are perpetually understaffed and the work environment sucks. Not to mention the training is non existant and there are no SOPs in a two pilot C90 operation. With management and dispatch being in Kansas some of the pilots have created a company culture that make it a terrible place to work. They are losing pilots and the reputation it is building will not be helpful in recruitment. There are better option if you want to fly in hawaii.
