You can park in the FedEx lot. You will need to get a pass from the security checkpoint if you are leaving your car for 5 days or more, if memory serves.

If you are not a FedEx pilot, you can park at the Park Plaza Hotel on Hagenberger, which is close to the Terminal and across the Street from Francisco's restaurant. Thave a small Park and Fly parking lot. They have transport yo/from Airport and Ramp. Tip the driver an extra and he will drop you off at FedEx Security.

Don't Pay to Park
Just checked with OAK security for the latest. Are you FedEx or off-line?? If you're a FedEx pilot, there are dedicated pilot slots along the fence in the employee lot near the new security screening building. The marked pilot slots require a pass/placard. All other spaces are open to BOTH FedEx employees and off-line jumpseaters, no pass required. Just show your ID to the gate guard. Since slots are limited, I'd suggest the newer and larger employee lot, on the southwest corner of Ron Cowan Parkway and Air Cargo Way. It's a 5 minute walk to screening, but there are usually lots of open slots. If you have any questions, you can reach the OAK security folks at 1-800-472-2191, option #5.
