Are the 2013 salary surveys from Pro Pilot or NBAA out yet and if so, does anybody have access to them?

Pro pilot is out in the June issue. I have the paper version. Are you looking for something specific?

I would really appreciate the numbers for Embraer Phenom 100 and Citation Mustang Captain. Both Corporate and Charter.

Flightcrew 2013 salaries up slightly in big bizjet ops, fairly flat for supermidsize, down for midsize and light.
