I can't seem to find any posts by me arguing we shouldn't improve our contract. And, seems like our contract has gone from unequivocally sucking, to some parts suck and some parts are okay.

Just as it's foolish to rest rest on our laurels, it's equally foolish to cherry pick one section of our contract as sucking compared to....there are trade offs in everything.

So, hoping you're building a war chest if mgt is in fact being foolish as has been assumed

I think the illustrious list of non members should have to be covered by the insurance that all the other non union employees are having to "choose".
