Could someone please help explain how the Reserves works? Are you just on call all the time and don't have a schedule to bid on? Are you able to work more than the monthly guarantee?

you can bid for and will get a Reserve line with the number of days required by your CBA. it will not be ONE big stretch of reserve. you will be assigned trips as needed by crew scheduling via whatever system your company uses.
