The AA and US Airways merge should be up soon.
For now though the surveys that members have filled out with their registration have been compiled into survey results for each airline. This information will hopefully be helpful to pilots considering other airlines for employment.
The hope is to find some way to quantify an airlines culture and work rules/QOL. Subsequently, it is hoped that the survey data will offer a window into what it is like to work for a particular airline.
The following post explains it in more detail. Pilots do have to sign in for a free membership to view the results. The reason being it helps the website gather more survey data as more pilots sign in. The more survey data that is aggregated, hopefully the more insightful and reliable the results that can then be offered to pilots.
The information that is shared in the results is de-identified. The reports are in testing so any feedback is appreciated.

American and US Airways are combined in the computer model now.
Interestingly, the number of retirements for the combined carriers reaches almost 1000 pilots per year in the next decade! In other words, that would mean a pilot would be retiring every 8 -9 hours for an entire year. For now though American will lag behind in its attrition compared to other peer carriers.

Even though things have picked up I still don't see where I will make the Left Seat before retirement (8 years from now, 23 years total). The earliest I would upgrade is: Lineholder @ least 50% in the 320 or 737 in SLC or LAX. Don't see that happening.
