Classy?? What would have been classy was his admission years ago that the last three "leaders", and I use that term loosely, had made serious managerial decisions especially when it comes to aircraft purchases, customer service, Eagle, and most importantly, employee relations. Of course speaking up would have taken real guts and class and certainly not put him in the 20 million dollar he is in today. We have seen all this before. A "new beginning" with new paint, uniforms, etc. but the same crappy product will be under all the newness, just like the other "new" legacy carriers and continue to provide opportunities for all the Virgins and Jet Blues.
