I have no idea if this could actually happen, but I wonder if people would vote differently for a contract if they knew everyone else could see how they voted. Then maybe people would think long and hard before choosing yes or no...

Why would it matter? Are you going to walk around with a list of people who voted yes at X airline?

It's pointless and doesn't accomplish anything. Every yes voter will be a no voter so they can ride on your jumpseat or want something from you.

Of course they would vote different. But the whole reason for a secret ballot is so someone can vote without intimidation. Like it or not, if someone has to fear the repercussions of their vote, you don't have a legitimate election.

This has got to be the DUMBEST idea I've ever heard of.
