I am a long time lurker, and I apologize if this has already been posted. I did do a search on the forums and couldn't find it. To sum up the video:

Fear is much more on the union's side. Without intimidation, they'd be nothing. I haven't met many union supporters at my company (except for the volunteers), but they manage to control things how?

Of course, nobody can speak up, because "if you're not with us then you're with management".

I read his book, Confessions of a Union Buster. It should be required reading for any employee in the airline industry, along with Hard Landing.

Hard Landing is a great book, but dated. It would be great if the author could update it.
