Gouge is right on, 10 days for phase II. I also used Cage consulting which was AWESOME, 1 on 1 prep really helps.

Well, I used FAPA and none of the questions were the same. What they were good for was when asked "tell me what you know about jetblue" and you answer, they can advise you if your answer is too long/short/detailed/vague etc...

But don't focus too much on the questions, just have 8-10 really good stories that fit within the 5 core values and you will be ready for any question they ask.

Read flying high or blue streak. THAT will explain a lot about where the corporate philosophy comes from.
