Rich Products Corp, a grocery manufacturer, operates a couple of Lear 45 based at Pryor Aviation at KBUF.
Calspan Corp, heavy into military research projects and upset training, is at KIAG. Military background might be helpful here, but keep in mind some of this is test pilot level flying.
At KROC, Bausch & Lomb has at at least one Beechjet, and I believe more, at US Airports on the south side of the airport.
Also KROC, Constellation Brands, a beer/wine importer operates a couple of Falcons, from US Airports.
And I believe Wegmans Food has a Challenger at KROC as well.
There are also active charter departments at both FBOs. You don't have much total time, but with Air Force training and heavy jet experience, you may be attractive to some of these companies as an F/O.
Good Luck
As a fellow Western New Yorker I can tell you all those jobs are tough to get even with 7000+ hours and typed in their equipment.
Prior Aviation in BUF has 2 King Airs and they are looking from time to time.
With your time they might give you a look.
Airnet and Ameriflight have bases in BUF that could be a chance.
Problem is your total time is very low and the regionals have FOs with 5000+ hours all looking.
Just as others have said with your total time you will not be covered by the insurance thus not giving you a chance.
