They fly the same airplanes. Upgrades are never a guarantee. Offers from both places in hand for the 175. What place is better? What place has a more certain future? Is RAH really that bad of an airline? Base location isn't an issue for me. Just want to get in and out of the regional life.

no-brainer. Compass. cancellation pay and guaranteed movement due to the flow, even if you're coming in on the back-end of the hiring.

Two words. Cancellation pay. Go to Compass. With all the 117 reassignments you are crazy if you don't go to a company with leg by leg cancellation pay in your contract. (Not a line guarantee; that is not cancellation pay). In February I would have been on guarantee without it. With Cancellation pay I had 116 hours of credit; nuff said.

Dude !! Really? Five minutes worth of research and reading and you could have figured this one out.If you turn down compass to go to rah, even if you could live in base at rah, you're crazy in my opinion

Compass. I've never heard anything good about RAH from anyone. Most Compass pilots seem pretty happy.

Republic or Compass?
Compass, no question about it.

RAH has no work rules. That's really all you need to know. All of the crewmembers hate their jobs and no matter how good your intentions are it's extremely difficult to maintain a positive attitude working there. Don't get me wrong - there are some great guys and gals at RAH, but all are trying to get out.
