Hello one and all. I realize this is a loaded question sure to create some ridicule. However, I have been lurking this forum for over a year and I am coming up on a year as a SIC in a six passenger jet. Weighs 19,000#'s Make and model way too unique to be discrete.
Schedule: average about 13 days off per month.
Benefits: None.
Compensation: Low.
Quality of life: Pretty good.
I am looking for feedback as to what else is out there, and what others are being paid for similar positions.
Bottom line: I need ammunition in order to get a PAY RAISE.
The NBAA provides what I feel is an unrealistic propaganda survey of "averages".
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Why not say what type of plane?????

I guess maybe a Hawker 800 idk. I think it should depend on your over all experience level and weather or not you have been sim trained and how many times and how well you did.

If you have 1200 hours and have been to the sim once,,,your out of luck I think.

We need more info about your experience, training, type of plane, years with the company, etc.

Yep. If a company is hiring bare bones mins guys, they are looking for seat warmers not employees they wish to retain.

I'd find a new job yesterday.

What's your TT? I'm guessing about 4-500 hours now in the right seat?

Total time 4000. 1500 multi, 800 turbine, ATP, 400hrs in type. Pencil whipped sic type. Just under a year with company. I'm just not comfortable with giving out too much information.
Once again I feel the PP survey is shyette.
Thx for replies.
