It really shouldn't matter if they are low yield! At this stage, any yield is better than NO yield, which unfortunately seems to be the current strategy.

That makes sense, one of Neff's many companies owns them. He will now lease them to himself at Western Global????

Not a good setup for long term operations. The only winner in this scheme is Neff.
