What airlines use flight line for pbs and what are your thoughts of the program?

Why not ask who uses a non-global system versus a global? Also see who have limited unstacking and limits to ignoring pilot preference.

When a company uses a non-global software and has unlimited ability to "ignore" a preference, you have an end result like a global system. However, limiting the ability to "ignore" improves results dramatically.
