We were forced out of "slot controlled" DFW the day we bought Airtran.

Nobody wanted DFW. Soon SWA will be suing to build more gates at DAL, because it's "unfair".

Even you guys have to admit there is definitely some sort of backroom dealings going on.

Who cares? Just fly the plane and let managers and bean counters manage. As long as your paycheck cashes and you have lots of time off to pursue some interest outside of aviation it really isn't worth anybody's time or worry.

Yup.. But wait.... you got gates at DCA... and LGA... why shouldn't DAL be open also? SWA is terrified of competition. Absolutely terrified. And they should be.

Shenanigans.

You can scream that Love is slot controlled as much as you like, but that does not make it true.

No gates, it's effectively out of reach. Semantics.

The farce is strong with this one^^^^^^^^^

Still doesn't change the fact though that SWA can't handle true competition. Virgin America??? pfffffft.
