I need some help with CCS. My contact information is changing and for the life of me can't find where to make the change in CCS or Flying Together. I went to CCS and looked under "Other" and then "Contact". Under Contact, if has no place other than an email for trip updates to put new phone numbers and address. I don't know why it's so difficult to accomplish this. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you try skynet and use my info?

After you get to my info there is a line for personal info.

I think it is "My Info" if you are LUAL, and "All about me" if LCAL.

Something I just found out:

I often use the Org Chart to find out what my Captain or other FOs look like, so I can find them to start a trip.

I happened to check myself in the org chart to make sure my contact info was there.

It didn't have my phone number.

I went to My Info, and Home and cell were there. However, I had never entered a "Business Phone."

Turns out, you need to put your phone number there to get it to show up on the org chart.

You can also do it via CCS Master Schedule. Input your file number, etc. into the schedule update line (2nd one) and it will let you change your phone numbers.

Thanks All. I made the changes in Flying Together. There was some missing information and some incorrect information. Somehow, it shows I have no military service. I have prior military service but am not or have not ever been in the reserves. Not sure if I need to bother correcting that information or not.

Obviously you have some military service. The fact you were able to figure it out by visiting four different sites, all of which provided you with conflicting information as to how to accomplish the task, probably then had to call a helpline which was recently consolidated to someplace in Texas, then finally figured it out while on hold with the helpline by randomly clicking on some company portal links... proves you have military experience (more than likely Air Force).

I guess Air Force does qualify as military service. I never thought of it that way....

Funny, I never thought the Air Force was a military organization either. Lot's of planes, Lots of Lt.Col's. I was a Corporal in the Marine Corps. The most organized, battle ready, best looking uniform on the planet. Semper Fi

Damn... My generalizations were close. God bless the Marines.

Didn't the Air Force change to GS pay scales a while back instead of ranks?
