Another Fedex deviation question.

Anyone know if one has plenty of bank money for December leftover, would you be able to expense a ticket for tomorrow, January 4th? Slide it back to December? I don't deviate much anymore and would normally call the ladies in crew travel audit, but being a weekend, no one is there. The contract is not always crystal clear to me, so figured maybe someone on here has had a similar situation. Many thanks for any replies. Cheers!

Jan4 is in December bid month.
If you mean Monday the 5th, you should be able to slide the expense (up to 3 days) into Dec and use that bank.

Thank you. Yes, I did mean Monday the 5th. I never seem to know what day it is. Thanks for the reply - I thought I was safe to do that but it's good to get verification. Thanks again.

As a follow up question......does there need to be a FedEx event from the December bid month within 3 days of my intended travel in January? (My last December event was Friday, Jan 2nd). So may I book travel 3 days from Friday, Jan 2nd or am I Ok to use the cash in the first 3 days of January bid month?

It needs to be within 3 days of an event to be legal to expense. But yes you can slide a jan expense to dec even if you had no event at the end of dec.
