Sim at Interview

Subscribe
The only desktop sims I have ever used have horrible unrealistic trim.

I have read that its a possible requirement at some initial interviews to use a table top sim.

My question is for any one who has had to "fly" a sim for an initial interview:

1) What was the quality of the flight model / equipment?

2) How/What are your recommendations to succeed using not so realistic sims (specifically over control that is often may be required)?

3) How seriously do they take altitude hold on not so great sims/equipment?

Thanks

Scan. Trim. Crosscheck.

Goflynow,

"Trim for the Sim"

Light movements and don't over compensate.

The quality of the sim depends on the airline. Cross that bridge later, but practicing on a desktop never fails. It's all about scan, as JamesNoBrakes said.
