Staying Fit on the Road

I know that most of the topics in this thread deal with Medical issues and what-not, but here's something a little bit different:

A lot of us pilots spend time on the road. Between living in crashpads and hotel rooms, it can be hard to stay fit. For a while now, I've been using this app by Johnson and Johnson. The workouts typically range from 7:00 to 30:00, and don't require a lot of space to accomplish. The only additional equipment you need is a chair for some of the exercises.

I'm not really sure if this is helpful to anyone, but I figured it's at least a step in the right direction for anyone looking to workout on the road.
