Management doesn't proof read FOUs, memos, or emails. They miss/change deadlines all the time and expect us just to roll with it. It's bull crap.

Im half expecting an email Monday morning, ya know cuz who's gonna write a email over the weekend or tonight saying they will be posting it next Friday.

Maybe we didn't fill the seats...... time to change our reserve rules. Especially since we have senior captains that have been doing it way longer than they should.
