I plan to leave AD around Jan 10th of next year if all plans go well for a palace chase (which I shouldn't have a problem getting approved with my 1A2 AFSC).

Anyway, I am seeing people that get hired in say April/May with June class dates. Is there a way to interview in say Nov/Dec so I can try and get a Jan class date? I wouldn't be "available" until say Jan 1st based on leave days i'll have remaining for terminal. However I would be able to take leave for an interview prior to Jan.

Yes. A regional will hire you 3-6 months out. I would try to interview sooner than Nov/Dec. Give you time to evaluate several offers and take the best one. Just tell them straight up what date you can start a class.
