I have always had great FO's during training, every single time. When I have support, often it is all on me. I get to do all the work, answer all the questions. Not always, sometimes I have great support that sticks with me through everything, but other times I've had someone who wants to teach me a thing or two, and not act like a regular FO. So I personally would prefer a line pilot any time, even though they don't have the profile memorized.

Finally got in touch with the Recurrent Training sim scheduler. A slot is available and she's going to move me to that. Anyone who MEM based and has this issue should call the Crew Scheduling number and select option 4. Follow the prompts and this will get you to the sim scheduler.
