Can't get into this using the info listed for our username and password. Anyone else having problems? It tells me password is incorrect or account does not exist.

Tried it myself and cant log on. Must be down. I have used it before without any problems.

Try later, seems to go down periodically. I've always been able to log on if I give it a few hours after encountering issues.

Friday I tried to use the site ,but it wouldn't accept my date of hire. No help at the airport when I went up to the counter.

Dunno how long it's been since you've used this site, but company now requires a 6 mos periodical test to utilize MyIDtravel. It is only available on company mainframes too. The corporate travel office has details on how to do the test. I did it a couple months back. I booked travel for my family yesterday with little/no issues. Hope this helps.

What company, FDX? Not familiar with the test, have never done it. Just logged on with no issues.

Since our ramp buddy in OAK made an idiot of himself and us on SWA, we ALL have to re-validate every 6 months. And you can only take the test on a company computer. If you are one day beyond your 6-month "I will not be a jerk" test, the site will not let you log on.

And yes, siggy112, this is about FedEx, as stated in the thread title. Glad you can log on with no issues, whatever company you work for.

I've used the system multiple times in the last month and have never taken any 'test'. I obtained the user ID and password from our ALPA calendar.

Clutch, are you using the discount site or the travel site?

The travel one lets you look at and book flights directly. As in, choose an airline, then choose a flight. That is the one that I have had to take the test for.

The discount one just gives you discounts on everything. It includes airfare, but is not as good as the "real" one.

If we can use the easy one now without the stupid test, great!

Yup you have to take a test now to access the site... It's a video about 20 mins or so with questions you can answer quite easily...the site is just really slow but working
