1. Projecting now to hire approx. 400 pilots total in 2005
2. Over 100 hired so far this year
3. 1 to 2 classes per month thru end of year
4. Not interviewing in March or April, likely to resume interviewing in June or July
5. Nov-Feb interviewees will fill new-hire classes through August
6. Projecting hiring need of 500 pilots in 2006
