A question for you guys with Avenge, L-3, Dynamic and other similar operators using contract pilots overseas. After 16 years of third world ops in the C-130 I am finding retirement to be really boring. What I am wondering is, with the current pilot shortage, do any of your companies consider hiring a well qualified pilot over 65?

You need a current security clearance. If not, forget it.
