I know there is not a lot of information about this company out there so I want to shed some light on it. Encore Air Cargo is based in FSD, they do routes for UPS, DHL and charter stuff based out of the Dallas TX area. The UPS and DHL routes are based in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. The benefits are good and the pay is one of the highest for what they do. The scheduled routes for UPS and DHL are during the day, no overnight stuff. Most routes are in a Metroliner with a 6 pack and no autopilot. One of the best things about this company is that they treat you well and pilot's look out for each other. They are currently looking for a GFK based pilot. Salary is in the 50K -55K range and they are offering a 12K annual retention bonus on top of that. They are also looking for floater pilots based out of FSD. They mostly fly the Metroliner, but will also cover Twin Cessna flying when needed. If anyone needs any info feel free to ask.
