Let's be clear. The company stopped 200% because it was convenient for them, not because it was grieved. They have an established history of Contract violations.

Of course we need to dispute this vacation buyback. They need to be forced to obey negotiated terms. They cannot, on a whim, add, subtract, modify or alter our contract because it suites them alone.

If they wish to add terms to our contract it needs to be through legal channels.

I will not work for a carrier that sees contractual obligations as a suggestion to be ignored when convenient.

The space where the EFB goes is different at SkyWest. Could also be Autobrakes, printer ...

That is exactly the correct answer!

I don't care if you miss your 200% pay. Waaah! An individual screws everybody else when they dive in to grab some easy money for themselves.
If that's how you want to operate, your "contract" is effectively worthless.

The galleys are different. Ovens up front on the QX planes, A coat closet on the OO planes. That's it for cabin config differences I think.

Ummm. Let's get these little gems in the CBA and make em permanent. Letting the Company run around do whatever whenever is wrong and is why this place is in such decline.

Default The jets future

I have an ERJ class date at the end of this month. I was really looking forward to flying up there. What's the general consensus? Are they going to cancel my class? Are the jets going to resume delivery? I really didn't want to look elsewhere.

I highly doubt your class will be canceled. Converted to a Q class maybe

So does that mean QX will only get 25 ERJ's total now?? Think it was 30 before this...
